The pricing of your LEGO order is determined by the country to which you are shipping.

North America

US: All pricing is in US dollars. Sales taxes will be added to all orders shipping to the states of Arizona, Connecticut, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.

The sales tax listed on the checkout page is an estimate. The exact amount of sales tax charged will be calculated when your order is submitted and will reflect applicable state and local taxes. Final tax charged will be listed in your order confirmation.

Canada: All pricing is in Canadian dollars. Prior to June 16, 2004, all pricing was in US dollars. Appropriate HST, GST, and/or PST will be added based on the province to which your order is being shipped. Pricing includes any cost for duties.

In placing your order, you authorize LEGO Brand Retail, Inc. to appoint a Canadian customs broker to act on your behalf to obtain customs clearance of your merchandise and remit applicable duties and taxes to Revenue Canada. Amounts received by LEGO Brand Retail, Inc for duties and taxes are accepted on your behalf, for the broker.

In returning merchandise to our Canadian address, you authorize the Canadian customs broker to submit a claim for duties and taxes to Revenue Canada on your behalf and to receive, endorse, and deposit all such refunds. LEGO Brand Retail, Inc will refund the purchase price together with the duties and taxes directly to you, our customers.
